Let’s meet at the project site so we can discuss your backyard dreams. We will discuss pool location, pool elevation, setbacks, access conditions, soil conditions, and any challenges with your project.

Here is the fun part! We will get to work on your backyard design! Designs will typically take 10-14 calendar days to complete. Once you approve your design we will move onto engineering.

Our Civil Engineer will get to work on your pool engineering based on your soil and site conditions. Standard engineering is typically ready with 3-5 working days.

Now that we have your design and engineering complete, we can submit for your pool permit. Typical permit processing takes between 6-8 weeks and may take longer depending on the City or County’s workload, or if you are in a special zoning area.

This is day one and the most important day. We will layout the pool for you and get your final approval on the pool location.

Pool excavation is an exciting part as we will start digging for your new pool. Pool excavation is typically a 1-2 day process.

We will start all the pre-plumbing that is required for your pool. We will be installing your skimmer, main drains, wall returns, light niches, vacuum lines, automatic fill lines, and any other lines that may be associated with your pool. Plumbing typically takes between 2-3 working days.

Steel is the skeleton of your pool structure and it keeps your pool shell strong. Steel is typically completed with 2 working days.

Shotcrete is when your pool starts to look like a pool! This is the concrete shell. The concrete shell will be rough and small cracks will be normal. Shotcrete is typically a 1-day process.

Your concrete shell must now cure for 10-14 days. Keeping your concrete shell wet over these 10-14 days is important.

Now your coping can be installed whether it be stone on concrete. Coping is typically a 3-7 working day process depending on your material selected.

Tile finishes can now be installed in your pool area. Standard tile installation is typically a 7 working day process.

Your equipment will now be installed at your equipment pad area. This process is typically a 3-5 working day process.

All final electrical connections will be made at your equipment area, panel area, and control locations.

Now it’s time for the application of your pool interior finish. Your interior finish is typically completed in 1 working day and we start filling it the same day.

If you have cover, your automatic cover system will now be installed.

Your selected service company will now startup your pool and configure any needed programming and chemical balancing.
